Choropleth maps can be used to show differences in area and on this map, the purple areas show the percentage of population who was eligible and who did indeed vote. I like your blog and topic. my wife and I love maps. we were once going to use navigation charts to wallpaper the bathroom. Maps of any kind will keep me coming back
